1. How can I search items? go up
You still don’t know what to search?
Write your keyword in the Research form that you find at the top of any website page. Keyword can be the kind of item, the name of the brand or of the famous character whom you’re searching merchandising of.
Do you already know what to search?
Choose the merchandising category you’re interested of on the left of the page(sport, music, cinema, television, cartoons, various);then proceed choosing the brand; your research will finish with the choice of the item.
Do you want to know merchandising news?
Click on the button “news” in the homepage or in brands pages: you will find all of last items arrived.
Do you want to know the merchandising sale items?
Click on the button “sale items” in the homepage or in brands pages: you will find all the products on sale.
Do you want to know the best sellers items?
Click on the button “best sellers” in the homepage or in brand pages: you will find all of the last items arrived of the merchandising.
Do you want to know the limited editions of the merchandising?
Click on the button ”limited edition” in the homepage or in brand pages : you will find all of the limited edition items.
Do you want to know the vintage items of the merchandising?
Click on the button “vintage” in the homepage or in brand pages: you will find all of vintage items of the merchandising.
Do you want to search for items filtering for sex and age?
Click on one of the buttons “Man, Woman, Child” in the homepage or in the brand pages: you will get all the items belonging to the chosen category.
Do you search suggests for your gifts?
Click on the button “Gift finder” on the top of every page: you will find items suitable for your gifts.
2. What to read upon items? go up
Read the list of the items you found in your research, click on the item you’re interested of and you will have access to the Product Tab;
The Product Tab: here you will find detailed informations about the item you chosen: price, size, colour, quantity, info about the origin and other informations about the product.
Note: Product shown in the website are all available in our shop.
3. How can I choose my items? go up
Click on “buy items” to put items in the shopping cart you have selected;
Click on “add to the wishlist” to store what you would like to buy in the future;
When you are on the page “Shopping Cart” and you’re ready to buy, click on “Complete the order” and follow the steps until the secure registration of the order;
Note: the shipping charges will be charged only one time even if your order contains more than an article. So more articles are better!
4. How do i buy items? go up
After clicking on “complete the order”, if you’re still not logged in, you will be directed to the Access Information page for the registration or for logging in;
Then register on merchandisingplaza if you’re not, or log in if you’re already registered;
Write the address where you want to receive the item, only if it is different from the address you wrote in the registration form;
Take a look to the shipping charges, choose delivery and payment method you prefer;
Control the quantity of the items;
Now you can finish your purchases clicking on “Finish the order”!
Note: Your personal details, or those referring to the credit card are safely managed by Microsoft Internet Information Server, which work through the SSL protocol.
Bookingshow cannot read in any way the credit card number, that is the unique identifying code of 16 numbers.
The last one will be directly transmitted to the Banking service manager, through a protected connection.
5. How can I track the order status? go up
You will receive an email confirming the received order, as soon as you will send your order: in this email you will find all the informations about the order and about the the necessary time for the product delivery;
You’ll be able to track the delivery status at any time by clicking on “my orders” on the top-right of any page after the login;
At the moment of the shipping we will send you an email to inform you that items have been sent: In this email you will have the confirmation about the necessary time to deliver;
