order was processed quickly, tracking number given on request, my daughter was so excited that the bike was coming from Italy and is so impressesed with it! it looks and feels like a quality product. Would definitely recommend both the bike and the store.

My daughter loves this bike (which wasn't available in the UK at all) Delivery was extremely quick and communication was brilliant! It had a damaged basket which was replaced immediately. I would 100% recommend the Merchandising Plaza. Thanks!

Unavailable in U.K. for xmas.Top of daughters list.Thank god for Merchandising Plaza.Only gripe had to request a tracking number as was begining to sweat.Lovely bike and can recommend it and Merchandising Plaza without a second thought.
