FAQ: how to track your order, information about payment, returns

Log in to your account, go to "My Orders" and click on your order to check the shipping status .

Track the delivery by Email: as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm that it is on its way. This will include a tracking number (if available) so that you can track the current status of your order.

Steps	Description
Add to Basket	When you have selected items to purchase, select size and colors (if available) and place them into your basket by clicking on "Add to Basket". Now you can make your purchase by clicking "Proceed to checkout" or you can continue shopping and add more items to your order.
Login or Sign up	Is it your first purchase on MerchandisingPlaza? Your free to choose whether to sign up or to start making your purchase immediately by clicking on "Continue without account". Are you in a hurry? Login to MerchandisingPlaza using your Facebook account and start making your purchase by clicking on "Login with Facebook" Already have an account? Just log in using your email and password and clicking on "Login". You can select the payment method and the shipping address by clicking on "Proceed to checkout"
Secure payment	You can easily and securely pay with the main Credit Cards such as Visa and MasterCard, con Bank Transfer, PagOnline, ClickAndBuy e Sofort. You can also pay using your PayPal account. In this step you can enter your discount code. Click on"Send" to take advantage of the discount. Choose the payment method and click on "Proceed to checkout
Order Summary	Now, if your payment has been accepted, you will receive an order confirmation email which includes instructions explaining how to check your order status .
Confirmation emails	If your purchase has been accepted successfully you will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION email. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a DISPATCH CONFIRMATION email.

Please note that size is specified by the manufacturer. Some brands and products fit a bit differently to standard sizes . Before placing a order, find your perfect fit by clicking on the "Size Chart" .

If you want to exchange your product, please fill out the "Return/Exchange Procedure" .
Once we receive your package and check the perfect condition of the merchandise, we will process the exchange. Please note that exchange will take some days after we have received the goods to be processed
