Accepted payment method for your online purchase
Information concerning Payments Conditions.
1. PRICES
• Prices are expressed in Euros and include the Value Added Tax (V.A.T ) in force for the concerning products categories. The Customer will be able to select as an alternative the United
States Dollar or the British Pound.
• The total Price at the end of the order includes delivery charges, but does not include any eventual customs duty and/or additional taxes on the sale, required for exporting the goods
to foreign countries. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be at customer's expenses.
2. PAYMENT METHOD
Orders can be paid by Credit Card/Debit card, Paypal, Cash on Delivery (Italian country only), MyBank online bank transfer, Scalapay, Satispay, Sofort Direct eBanking (Only for customers having a bank
account in the following countries: Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Holland) or bank transfer. Reason of Payment: "Order n: xxxx Confirmation" (xxxx is the number shown in the subject of order confirmation emails)
Additional cost of 3,60 € for cash on delivery payment.
If an order contains unavailable Products because they are no longer in stock, the amount of such items will be automatically detracted from the sum indicated at the moment of the
order.
Personal data or any details concerning the Credit Card/Debit card are safe because they are handled by the Microsoft Information Server that works with he Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
protocol.
UpSystems is never able to know the Credit Card/Debit card number of the Customer. Through a protected connection the Credit Card/Debit card number is transmitted directly to the Bank
Management Service.
If you pay with Scalapay (it can be used only for purchases from Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal and France) you'll immediately receive your parcel paying in 3 installments.
You acknowledge that installments are transferred to Incremento SPV s.r.l., its relative subjcets and their dealerships.
3. FORCE MAJEURE
UpSystems is not responsible for any delay caused by force majeure.
