Deliveries: shipping fees, delivery methods and times

Shipping costs may vary depending on the product chosen and start at a minimum of £ 5.82. In case of shipping abroad, the fares start from a minimum of £ 6.66: anyway it will be possible to view the amount of delivery charges of your order before introducing your payment details. The table below includes current shipping costs and estimated delivery times for any product purchased on MerchandisingPlaza.

1. Prices, methods and delivery times

Warning: any customs duty will be charged when the package arrives to the destination country. These fees are charged to the customer. MerchandisingPlaza has no control of such duties, which can slightly vary depending on the country. For more informations we suggest to contact the customs authorities of your country.

It may happen that the goods do not arrive within the indicated delivery time. In this case we will contact you in advance and inform you of this circumstance.

Warning: Tarifs in the table are referred to the purchase of a single product. For multiple purchases £ 1.10 per product will be charged (£ 2.11 per product shipped to Japan, £ 3.62 per product shipped to Australia).

Warning: the customer is solely responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

2. Delivery times

The "delivery time" (viewable in the previous table) consists of the time necessary for the courier to deliver the goods.

In order to know the approximate time for the delivery of the purchased goods, the time necessary for the preparation of the product (s) must be added to the delivery times (these times vary from product to product). Within the purchase confirmation e-mail we will provide the approximate number of days for the delivery of the goods. The shipment could be made even when the entire order is not complete. For example, if the same order includes an item with a preparation time of 2 days and one of 5 days, the shipment will be made at two different times without extra costs for shippings. Times are indicative only, therefore a guaranteed delivery date is not provided. In any case, Merchandisingplaza will keep the customer updated via e-mail if the expected times should suffer significant delays.

3. Order Status

It is possible to check the shipment status from the day after the shipment. After the shipment, Merchandisingplaza will inform the customer via email: by clicking on the link included inside the email the customer may view the shipment status on merchandisingplaza.com. Once  the parcel has been given to the express courier the link above mentioned will be available in the page called “My orders”: in this case, in order to check the order status (delivery date, etc), the Customer shall click on "My orders" and type his email address and password. In this way you will be able to view a list of your orders. By clicking on the link of the order, you will see all the details concerning the shipping status.

4. Failed delivery

If the items purchased are not delivered within the period specified in the order confirmation email, please check your order status by clickin on“My orders” contact our customer care. We will check it with the competent delivery company
